Shopify services

Your Shopify store, built around your brand and systems

From custom theme design to setup and migration, from custom apps to SEO, from marketplace, ERP and shipping integrations to post-launch support, one team runs everything you do on Shopify.

Overview

We shape Shopify around your brand and your business

Shopify is one of the most widely used e-commerce platforms in the world, and it takes care of hosting, security, payments infrastructure and platform updates itself. Opening a store is easy; building one that reflects the brand, loads fast, gets found in search and talks to the company's other systems takes expertise.

We work on Shopify in two layers. On the visible layer we build a theme designed for your brand, product and collection structures, SEO and conversion improvements. On the invisible layer we connect marketplaces, ERP, accounting, carriers and e-invoicing, and build custom apps for your store where off-the-shelf apps fall short.

As the team behind Shopiwell, our Shopify Partner agency, and NetKasam, where our marketplace integrations run, we combine Shopify's global strength with the realities of selling in Türkiye.

SEO and GEO

Be found on Google and in AI answers

We deliver sites that are not just good-looking but discoverable. Classic search engine optimisation (SEO) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), which aims to get you cited by ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google's AI Overviews, are built into the architecture from day one.

Why GEO matters now

A growing share of searchers get their answer from AI without clicking a link. Sites that are named and cited in those answers gain awareness and trust even without the click. GEO aims to have your content appear accurately and up to date in those answers; it builds on classic SEO rather than replacing it.

  • Technical SEO

    • Sitemaps, robots and hreflang for multilingual sites
    • 404, redirect and duplicate-content checks

Where Shopify stores most often get stuck

  1. 01

A store that looks like everyone else's

A store built from stock themes and apps doesn't reflect the brand, and every new app slows the site down a little more.

  2. 02

    Local requirements

Off-the-shelf apps fall short or clash with each other for local payments, carriers, e-invoicing and marketplace connections in Türkiye.

  3. 03

    Disconnected systems

Stock, prices and orders are moved by hand between Shopify, the ERP and marketplaces, so overselling and wrong prices are inevitable.

What we do on Shopify

We handle the storefront and the systems behind it together.

  • Custom theme design

A Shopify theme designed for your brand, fast on mobile and built for conversion; or customisation of your current theme.

  • Setup and migration

A new store from scratch, or migration from another platform including products, customers, orders and URL redirects.

  • Custom app development

Shopify apps built for your store when off-the-shelf apps can't handle your business rules.

  • SEO and performance

Technical SEO, structured data, content structure, speed improvements and readiness for AI search.

  • Marketplace, ERP and shipping integration

Trendyol, Hepsiburada, n11 and Amazon; ERP and accounting; carriers and e-invoice connections.

  • Support and maintenance

Post-launch technical support, theme and app updates, campaign preparation and continuous improvement.

  3. 3

    Development and integration

We build the theme and set up marketplace, ERP, shipping, payment and e-invoice connections, plus a custom app if needed.

  4. 4

    Data migration and testing

We migrate product, customer and order data, set up redirects and test the order flow end to end.

Frequently asked questions

Why Shopify instead of a packaged e-commerce platform?

Shopify takes care of hosting, security and platform updates and is well prepared for international and multichannel selling. We add a design built for your brand and the integrations your market needs on top. If needs such as dealer pricing or deep ERP logic go beyond Shopify's patterns, we recommend custom e-commerce software instead.

Stock theme or custom theme?

For stores that want to start fast and can tell their story with a simple structure, a well-chosen stock theme with customisation can be enough. If brand differentiation, special product and collection structures or speed matter, a custom theme is the better choice. We do both and assess your situation with you before deciding.

Do you integrate marketplaces and ERP with off-the-shelf apps?

It depends. If a suitable, reliable app exists, we set it up. If your business rules go beyond what apps offer, we build an integration for your store on Shopify's APIs. On the marketplace side we draw on the integration experience we built and run in NetKasam.

Can e-invoices be issued for Shopify orders?

Yes. We connect Shopify to your pre-accounting or ERP system so e-invoices and e-archive invoices are created automatically from orders; NetKasam is one of the options for this connection.

Can local payment providers in Türkiye be used with Shopify?

Yes. As Shopify's own payment service is not offered in Türkiye, Shopify connections of payment providers operating in Türkiye are used. At the start of the project we decide together on the best setup for the countries you sell to and the payment methods you need.

Can you migrate my existing store to Shopify?

Yes. We migrate products, variants, images, customers and order history, and set up 301 redirects from old URLs to new ones to protect your search rankings as far as possible.

How is the price determined?

Custom software has no fixed price list. In the first meeting we listen to your needs, define the scope together (screens, user roles, integrations, platforms) and prepare a written proposal based on that scope.

What happens after launch?

Once the software is live we stay on for maintenance, bug fixes, updates and new requirements. We agree on the support scope together at the start of the project.

Let's talk about your project

Tell us briefly about the software you have in mind; we'll listen and prepare a tailored roadmap and proposal.
