Business intelligence and reporting
All your data in one panel, every decision backed by data
We bring scattered data from ERP, CRM, accounting, e-commerce and spreadsheets into one place and build live dashboards, automated reports and alerts designed around your company's metrics.
Overview
What is business intelligence (BI) and what does it bring?
Business intelligence (BI) collects data from a company's different systems, cleans it, combines it into a single data model and presents it as clear dashboards, reports and alerts. The goal is for managers and teams to base decisions on current, consistent data instead of guesswork.
Off-the-shelf tools like Power BI solve part of this: visualisation. The real effort lies in pulling data from the right sources, cleaning it and modelling it according to the company's business rules. A product's profitability, a dealer's performance or a branch's stock turnover can only be shown reliably once the data is modelled correctly.
At İnovabil we build the whole chain, from data connections and the data warehouse to metrics, dashboards and automated reports. We can prepare the infrastructure that feeds your existing BI tool, or build a reporting product that is entirely yours and carries your brand. Because we build ERP, CRM, accounting and e-commerce systems ourselves, we also know how data is created inside them.

Why is reporting so hard?
- 01
Scattered data
Sales in the CRM, stock in the ERP, collections in accounting, campaigns elsewhere; one question means checking five sources.
- 02
Manual reports
Weekly and monthly reports are stitched together by hand in spreadsheets; by the time they're ready, the data is stale.
- 03
Inconsistent numbers
Each department keeps its own sheet; meetings turn into debates about which number is right instead of decisions.

Frequently asked questions
How is it different from off-the-shelf tools like Power BI?
Off-the-shelf BI tools are powerful, but connecting data, modelling it and building dashboards still takes expertise, and licences run per user. We set up everything from data connections to dashboards around your company and can deliver it embedded in your own systems or as a reporting product that is entirely yours. If you already use a BI tool, we can also build the data infrastructure that feeds it.
Can you turn our existing Excel reports into dashboards?
Yes. We review the Excel reports you prepare by hand today and turn the same metrics into automatically updated dashboards and email reports.
Can dashboards be embedded in our own systems?
Yes. We can deliver dashboards embedded in your ERP, CRM or customer portal, or as a separate reporting application.
Which data sources can you connect?
ERP, CRM, accounting and e-commerce software, marketplaces, SQL databases, Excel and CSV files, and any system with an API. We connect each source using the method it offers.
How often is the data refreshed?
As needed: real time, hourly or daily. During discovery we set the right refresh rate for each metric together.
How is the price determined?
We define the scope together (data sources, number of dashboards and reports, users) and prepare a written proposal based on it.
